Kieran Morris - Director

Kieran’s 16 years’ experience in the Construction Industry started as a trainee Carpenter in 2003. He completed his 3 years training earning a City Guilds in Carpentry. Initially working directly for a local construction company Kieran soon set himself up as a self-employed sole trader working predominantly for a local Kent based construction company as a carpenter. Kieran quickly earnt the respect of those around him and in 2014 moved into site/construction management before linking up again with Justin and Liam to establish Rise Construction Kent Ltd.

Kieran has experience in a wide range of sectors including Leisure, Healthcare and Education. Since moving into management Kieran has worked exclusively on residential projects.

He also holds a current CSCS card and is SMSTS Qualified.

Justyn Preston - Director

Justyn is also from a carpentry background having started his career 21 years ago as a trainee before going on to secure his City & Guilds qualifications. Having spent 10 years as a carpenter working directly for two south east based construction companies Justyn made the switch to become self-employed in 2008. At this time Justyn also progressed and established himself as a site manager having also secured an NHBC Site Managers Accreditation. Justyn’s success as a site manager earnt him the opportunity to fulfil the role as Contracts Manager working for a large main contractor before making the move to set up Rise Construction Kent Ltd.

Justyn has experience in a wide range of sectors working initially on leisure, healthcare and education projects before moving more recently into the residential sector during his time as Contracts Manager.

He is also the holder of a current CSCS card and is SMSTS Qualified.

Liam Morris - Director

Liam has nearly 20 years’ experience in Construction Industry, having started as a Trainee Surveyor for a Large Kent Based Construction Company in 2000. Liam would remain with this company for 15 years rising through the Ranks until becoming a Contracts Manager in 2010.

In 2016, Liam would move on to become an Estates Manager for a Large Car Dealership based in Canterbury, Kent where he would be responsible for the Refurbishment of Existing and Construction of New Dealership Showrooms such as BMW/Mini and Jaguar/Landrover.

Liam assisted Kieran and Justyn in forming Rise Construction Kent Ltd, having a part time back seat roll at the company before moving over full time in 2020 in order to expand the Business to the next level.

With extensive knowledge in Cost Management, Project Management, Resourcing, Health & Safety, Programming, to name a few, Liam is key in the overall aspect of each project.

Liam has worked on various projects in all Business Sectors with project values ranging from £250,000 to £25,000,000.00 and holds a number of qualifications including IOSH and SMSTS certificates.

Initially based in South East Kent Rise has completed many high-end Residential Developments predominantly within the West Kent/East Sussex area. With Offices in Ramsgate and Tonbridge, the company is geographically capable of covering the South East of the Country.

Brief History of Rise Construction

Rise Construction Limited was established by Kieran Morris, Justyn Preston with the assistance of Liam Morris having worked together within an established, south east based construction company.

Formed in 2015 Rise Construction started out with the view of undertaking the typical ‘Kitchen Extension’ but have developed into a successful and high performing Contractual Works Vehicle.

In 2020, Liam would join the company on a full-time basis with the view of the company taking the next step in expansion to enable the ability to take on further Clients reliably and sensibly.
