This site had it all. New Builds, Conversions, New Access Roads. With a Pandemic thrown in for good measure; lock down didn’t really apply to construction industry and we managed to somehow keep this huge project ticking along. Changing the Roofs from Attic Trusses (factories had closed) to Cut & Pitch meant we could continue to get this job completed for the client.
Two complete New Builds were built in Traditional Methods – one being a huge 6 Bedroom House complete with a detached Garage that also had livable accommodation within it’s loft space.
The more challenging works was to be converting the former Carpenters Workshop into a unique 4 bedroom home complete with double garage.
The extension of the existing Cottage provided a 4th dwelling.
All the homes had beautiful views of some of Kent’s best Apple farms.
♻ Air Source Heat Pumps were installed within this project.
